Can I see UFOU products in person?

Yes. We have showrooms in Clayton and Carrum Downs, Melbourne. Visits are by appointment only; see Showrooms.

What height does the UPON MINI table adjust to?

The UPON MINI adjusts electrically from 650mm to 1300mm, which suits children and adults.

Can children change the table height by accident?

The UPON MINI handset has a childproof lock to help prevent unintended adjustments.

Does the Kyber monitor arm fit my desk?

Kyber connects directly to UPON and UPON MINI tables. The clamp-mount versions fit to the edge of most desks with a desk clamp, or through a desk hole (grommet). They take monitors with VESA MIS-D 100 or 75 mounting, up to 9.1kg per arm. If you're unsure whether your desk is suitable, send us its thickness and we'll check.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Bulky items and regional areas can take longer. Standard delivery is free on every order within Australia. See Delivery & Assembly.

What warranty do I get?

Every UFOU product has a manufacturer's warranty against defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The period depends on the product and part: for example, the UPON MINI table structure is covered for 5 years and the bases of Joyin chairs for 10 years. See the full table on Returns & Warranty.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Assembled furniture can't be returned for change of mind. Contact us first so we can approve the return. See Returns & Warranty.
