Delivery & Assembly

Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia. Standard delivery is free on every order within Australia. Express delivery is also offered at checkout, and you'll see its price before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Large or bulky items and regional areas can take longer. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Receiving your order

• Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Some larger items need a residential or business address rather than a PO Box or parcel locker.
• If you choose Authority to Leave, the courier will leave your order in a safe place, and once tracking shows it as delivered we are not responsible for loss or theft.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any transit damage as soon as possible, with photos.

Assembly

Some UFOU products need assembly at home. Please follow the instructions supplied with the product. Kyber monitor arms install without tools, using a desk clamp or a through-hole (grommet) mount. If you need a copy of the instructions or help with assembly, contact us.

Collecting from a showroom

Our Melbourne showrooms are open by appointment. If you'd like to collect your order instead of having it delivered, please contact us before ordering to check whether that's possible.
